Sa-tur-date

Last week I was so looking forward to Saturday because boyfriend said we will be going for a date that weekend! We don't really go out on a 'date' during weekdays since he is still having his internship and on weekends, I will either study or we will rot at home together.

He picked a place for brunch at Bukit Timah and he hinted me that the place has all day breakfast and it has the best Egg Benedict in Singapore! I couldn't control my curiosity so I went to google about the place. The top result was Choupinette. And I got it! During our journey there, he kept trying to control his expressions when I asked if we are going to Choupinette. He is really good at hiding things for me... I really thought we were going somewhere else! Choupinette is located at a really convenient area beside the main road, so I think I will be going back again for brunch because their Egg Benedict is a to-die-for.

I ordered Egg Benedicts set which is $22++ without GST. Initially I thought it was quite pricey since it only comes with two poached egg, but since there is 2 additional drinks, the price is acceptable for me. In addition, it's worth the money cos they got the best hollandaise sauce topped on their eggs benny!!! Whoooop

My Egg Benedict comes with a set meal, which includes a fruit juice and a hot drink. I ordered apple juice and hot chocolate, they taste great!

Boyfriend's caesar salad! I'd say this is nicer than Coffee Bean's one (my all-time fav) but Choupinette's one has too much garlic!

Had Sogurt for dessert after that! Been craving for it so long already, thank god they are only a few shops away! So convenient :-)

Currently planning for boyfriend's birthday now! Hopefully I can keep the plans as a secret well this time, I always can't help it but to disclose my plans for him because I am too excited! Flying to Taiwan in about 5 days' time, can't wait!
